• Booking details our team records: supplier references, costs, the names of travellers needed for a reservation, and documents such as tickets and vouchers.
• Messages between you and our team, and a record of important actions on your trips.
• Technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in sessions and IP addresses used for rate limiting.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store payment card details or copies of identity documents on this website. If a supplier needs passport details for a booking, we will tell you how to provide them securely.

How we use it

• To plan your trip and prepare itineraries. Your trip details are sent to an AI service to create a first draft, which our planners then review.
• To make reservations with suppliers, sharing only what each booking requires.
• To send you updates about your trips by email.

Who can see it

You, and authorised CareVoyana staff. Internal notes and supplier negotiations are visible only to staff. Other customers can never see your trips or documents.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page. To ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, send us a message from the support page.
