The basic rules for using CareVoyana.

Itineraries are proposals

Itineraries we send are suggestions prepared with the help of AI and reviewed by our planners. They are not reservations. Prices shown with an itinerary are estimates based on stated assumptions.

Reservations

Reservations are made by our team with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels and local operators, only after you approve the itinerary. A reservation is confirmed only when the supplier has confirmed it. Each supplier's own terms, including change and cancellation rules, apply to its booking, and we will share them with you.

Prices and payment

Before booking, we will explain the supplier prices, how payment is taken and any fees. If a supplier's price differs materially from the estimate you approved, we will ask you before proceeding.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your fellow travellers.
• Make sure you hold valid passports, visas and any health documents required for travel.
• Keep your sign-in details private.

Your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that are used to misuse the service.
