Your itinerary is a proposal. The first draft is written with AI and shows what is possible, not what is reserved. You can see every version we have sent you.

Every price is an estimate until a supplier quotes it. We show the range and the assumptions behind it, like the season, the hotel style and what is not included.

People make every booking. A member of our team places each reservation with the hotel, airline or operator, and your trip page tells you when it has been sent.

We write confirmed only when the supplier has confirmed and we hold their reference. If something cannot be booked, we tell you straight away and suggest an alternative.

Before you ask

Does it cost anything to get a plan? No. Sending a request and reviewing your proposed itinerary is free and commits you to nothing.

How quickly will I see an itinerary? Usually within minutes of sending your request. If our system cannot draft it, a planner writes it by hand and tells you.

Are the prices real? They are estimates with the assumptions written out. Real prices come from suppliers when we ask for quotes, before anything is booked.

How do payments work? Before any reservation we explain the supplier prices, how payment is taken and the cancellation terms. This website never asks for card details.

Can I change the plan after approving it? Yes, from your trip page. Once something is booked, the supplier's own change and cancellation rules apply, and we tell you them first.

Which parts of India do you plan? All of it, including combinations of regions. Tell us your ideas and we suggest a route that does not waste days in transit.

Who sees my details? You and the CareVoyana team. We pass traveller details to a supplier only when a reservation needs them.

Is a person involved? Yes. People handle every booking, every supplier and every change. The first draft is written with AI so you are not kept waiting.
